How this storefront handles data, in plain language.
What we collect
Only what an order needs: your name, email, phone, delivery address, the items you bought and the payment reference.
- Sellers receive the details required to ship and support their part of your order.
- Card details never reach ZWHEEL — they go straight to the payment provider (PayPal or OceanPay).
- If you open a claim, we keep what you and the seller write in it, as the record of the decision.
Your browser
The store keeps a few things in your browser’s local storage: your shipping zone, your bag, and links to the orders you placed from it.
- On your first visit, your country is looked up once from your IP address (ipapi.co) to pick a shipping zone. Choosing a zone yourself stops this.
- No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this storefront.
We email you about your order: confirmation, dispatch with tracking, delivery, and any claim. No marketing is sent without your consent.
- Each email carries a private link to your order. Do not forward it.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion are available on request.
- Email privacy@zwheelshow.com and we respond within 30 days.
- Order and payment records are kept for the statutory accounting period even after other data is deleted.
