Terms of service
What a buyer and a seller each agree to when using this marketplace.
Who you are buying from
ZWHEEL Marketplace (zwheelshow.com) takes your payment as merchant of record and passes each item to the independent seller named on its page, who ships it and stands behind it.
- You pay ZWHEEL, not the seller. Your receipt, refunds and disputes are with ZWHEEL.
- ZWHEEL holds the seller’s share and pays it two days after you confirm delivery (or 14 days after the seller reports delivery, if you do not reply).
- Each seller ships their items separately; an order with several sellers arrives in several parcels.
Prices, duties and payment
Prices are set by each seller per shipping zone and charged in your zone’s currency.
- The total you confirm at checkout — items, shipping surcharge and any duty estimate — is what you are charged.
- Duty estimates are shown where we have a rate for your zone; the final charge is set by your customs authority.
- An order that is not paid within the payment provider’s time limit is cancelled and nothing is charged.
Returns, warranty and refunds
Rides: 30-day returns if unregistered and under 10 km (you pay return freight); faulty on arrival within 30 days at the seller’s cost. Warranty: frame 24, electrics 12, battery 6 months. Parts: 6-month warranty, no change-of-mind returns.
- Open a claim from your order page. The seller has three business days to reply; after that ZWHEEL decides.
- A refund goes back to the payment method you used, for the items it covers. Outbound shipping is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.
- A seller who does not dispatch by the date on your order may have that part of the order cancelled and refunded.
Seller obligations
Sellers agree to keep listings accurate, hold real stock, dispatch within their stated time and answer claims.
- Listings must carry real specifications and photographs of the actual product.
- Sellers must honour the marketplace’s returns and warranty terms above.
- Three missed dispatch deadlines in a quarter suspend the seller and remove their listings.
