Go live
Listings publish with your name on them. Payouts release two days after confirmed delivery.

What we check before you go live
One category means one bar. Every seller clears the same list — that is the only reason a buyer can trust a storefront they have never seen before.
- Registered business with valid trading documents
- Products carrying the safety certificates required in your zones
- Demonstrable stock or a committed production lead time
- A named aftercare contact and a published returns process
- Parts availability for at least 24 months on rides you sell

Questions
Before you apply
Do I need to ship internationally?
No. Many sellers list in a single zone and the storefront hides their listings elsewhere. You choose the zones you serve and the system enforces it.
Can I sell used or refurbished units?
Refurbished units are welcome if the listing says so, carries a 12-month warranty and ships with new battery cells. Used units are not accepted.
How are duties shown to buyers?
Duties are calculated per shipping zone at checkout and shown before payment. You see the full breakdown in your seller console.
What happens when a seller misses a dispatch deadline?
The buyer is refunded automatically, the listing is paused, and the seller’s dispatch metric takes the hit. Three misses in a quarter removes the listing privileges.
