Shipping and duties

What ships where, how long it takes, and what you pay at the border.

How zones work

ZWHEEL prices and ships by zone: United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Sweden and Rest of World. Set yours in the header, and prices, duties and availability follow.

  • Prices are set per zone by the seller; switching zones re-prices the whole catalog instantly.
  • Listings the seller cannot serve are hidden rather than shown as unavailable.
  • Duties and import VAT are shown before payment where the zone requires it.
  • Large rides to distant zones may travel by sea — the listing quotes that lead time.

Dispatch and transit

The seller controls dispatch. Transit depends on the lane.

  • Air lanes: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Sea lanes: about 30 days, used for large rides to distant zones.
  • Tracking is uploaded by the seller and appears on your order page.

Receiving a ride

Large items arrive partly assembled and need a signature.

  • Have someone available on the delivery day — carriers will not leave a scooter unattended.
  • Inspect the carton before signing and photograph any damage.
  • Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos attached.
